Daily or General Cleaning

Product: MK Granite & Marble Top Cleaner, Conditioner and Polish™

  1. Remove any loose debris from surface of areas to be cleaned.
  2. Spray on surface and wipe with a clean cloth.

Heavy Cleaning

Product: MK Counter Klean™

  1. Remove any loose debris from surface of areas to be cleaned.
  2. Spray on surface and wipe with a clean cloth.  For dried on spills, spray and let stand     before wiping.  No rinsing necessary.
  3. To enhance the natural beauty, color and shine use  Kream Polish™ on all polished natural stone surfaces.  Used twice a week, weekly or as needed, it increases protection against water spots and food stains.
  4. To remove spots or stains on Polished Marble and Natural Stone Surfaces use MK Spot Removal Kit™ to remove stains from coffee, tea, wine, alcohol and condiments.

Protection

Product: MK Penetrating Sealer™
1.      First clean surface using MK Counter Klean™
2.      Apply MK Penetrating Sealer™  directly on to surface.  
3.      Apply with a clean terry cloth or lamb’s wool applicator, making sure to wet surface completely.  Allow   MK Penetrating Sealer™ to absorb for approximately 5 minutes, buff with a clean terry cloth.  For frequently used counter tops or surfaces, use every 6 months or as needed to maintain a layer of protection against stains and water marks.

Spot Removal

Product: MK Spot Removal Kit™
For the removal of spots caused by acidic liquids, foods or chemicals that have removed the shine or finish polished marble surface.  MK Spot Removal Kit™ is effective in removing spots caused by juices, coffee, tea, beverages, condiments, household cleaning products, pet messes and much more. 

  1. Wet spotted area with small amount of water.
  2. Apply ½ measuring spoon of MK Polish Spot Remover™ water.
  3. Take buffing pad, place on polish and water, and buff spotted area in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes creating a thin watery mixture.  Depending on size of spot process may take longer than 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove buffing pad.  Pick up excess mixture with a sponge.  Rinse sponge and then clean area thoroughly with   MK Neutral Klean™ for Floors (following direction on the label).
  5. Buff the treated area using a clean terry towel.

Note:  If spots are still visible, repeat the above process.  Product to be used only on polished marble after successfully removing a spot for the first time the process will become much easier.

Shower Stalls and Tub Walls

Daily or General Cleaning

Product: MK Shower Klean™

  1. Spray  MK Shower Klean™ directly on surface. 
  2. Wipe with damp cloth or sponge.  Rinse with water.

Heavy Cleaning

  Product: MK Mold & Mildew Klean™

  1. Spray  MK Mold & Mildew Klean™ directly on surface.  Allow to remain on surface for several minutes
  2. Scrub with brush as needed.
  3. Wash down with warm water and sponge or soft cloth.

* Recommended use: 1 time per week.

Protection

Product: MK Mold & Mildew Protectant™

  1. Follow cleaning instructions as outlined for MK Shower Klean™ towel dry surface.
  2. To apply MK Mold & Mildew Protectant™, spray or wipe on surface and let stand until dry.
  3. Buff off any excess residue with terry towel.

* Recommended use: 1 time every 3-6 months.

Floors

Daily or General Cleaning

Product: MK Neutral Klean™ for Floors

  1. For routine cleaning: use ½ cup (4 oz.) of MK Neutral Klean™ for Floors for every gallon of water.
  2. In heavier soiled areas: use 1 cup (8 oz.) of  MK Neutral Klean™ for Floors for every gallon of water.
  3. No rinsing necessary.  Do Not Use Full Strength.

* Recommended use: twice weekly.

Heavy Duty Cleaning

Product:MK Intensive Klean™

  1. Remove all loose debris from surface to be cleaned.
  2. Dilute 1 cup (8 oz.) of   MK Intensive Klean™  in one gallon of warm water.  (May use more  than 1 cup (8 oz.) of product depending on degree of soiling)
  3. Mop floor with a string or sponge mop.
  4. Allow to stand on surface a few minutes.
  5. Scrub with brush.
  6. Rinse with fresh water.

Ceramic and Porcelain Tile and Grout

Cleaning

Product: MK Tile & Grout Klean™ 
Do Not Use On Polished Marble.

  1. Remove all loose debris from surface to be cleaned,
  2. Spray on surface and let stand to penetrate and loosen dirt and grime.
  3. Use a brush to scrub grout joints and tile.
  4. Rinse well with water.

Stain and Oil Protection

Product: MK Penetrating Sealer™

  1. Clean surface to be sealed with MK Intensive Klean™ .
  2. Rinse thoroughly with water.
  3. Be sure that the surface is completely dry.
  4. Apply  MK Penetrating Sealer™ with a lambs wool applicator or a clean terry cloth, accurately following directions on product label.

Regular care and maintenance of natural stone grout and Masonry surfaces is recommended.  Use  MK Penetrating Sealer™ on floors every 12 to 18 months or as needed to maintain the natural beauty of the surface and provide a layer of protection against dirt and stains.
